Café Services is the dining management services provider to over 150 locations and we’re growing - FAST!!!

In order for us to reach our goals, we’re looking to hire an experienced Chef Manager to join our corporate dining team in Lynn, Massachusetts.

Duties: The right candidate for this position will oversee all culinary and operation functions at our Lynn, Massachusetts corporate dining location.

This is a hands on role:

The Chef/Manager will manage and lead a small team of associates, oversee all customer service, meal planning, preparation, safety, sanitation and administrative responsibilities as it pertains to our specific accounts.

Qualifications: The right candidate(s) must have:

• 3+ year's progressive food service/restaurant experience and passion and talent for cooking.

• Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong business etiquette and client relations skills.

• Strong motivation and the desire to grow and develop within an organization is essential.
