Café Services is the dining management services provider to over 150 locations and we’re growing!!!

We’re in search of a motivated, customer-focused CHEF who works well under pressure to join our corporate dining team in Needham, Massachusetts.

Duties: RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

•Responsible for the safe and timely execution of all food preparation at the assigned corporate dining account; this includes direct supervision of the food production executed by other team members

•Responsible for conducting daily production meetings

• “Take Ownership” of the food service facility by taking primary responsibility for keeping the kitchen, serving areas and storage areas up to company standards

•Responsible for executing functions of the position to company operational standards outlined in the Operations Manual, as well as complying with standards outlined in the company’s Serv-Safe, Safety and HACCP programs. This includes and recordkeeping associated with applicable programs

•With direction and support from the manager, will execute menus and control food cost

•Adhere to company policies/procedures and safe work practices and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

The right candidate must have:

•2+ year’s experience working in food or culinary services

•Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

•Must have exceptional customer service skills and a love for cooking

Desired qualifications include:

•Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
