Executive Chef
As the Executive Chef at a leading and high profile department for ARAMARK, located Indianapolis, IN., you will be the culinary expert who is responsible for overseeing all of the culinary operations. You will be responsible for premium level of client interaction for the entire account. •Oversee special catering events and dining engagements for the Executive Leadership, Board of Directors, or Distinguished Community Leaders, •Offer culinary instruction, participate in culinary exhibitions, or compete in chef competitions. •Select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality; •Establish presentation technique and quality standards, and plan and price menus; Requirements: Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree (preferably a CEC) with 8+ years of high end culinary management experience.
