Hidden away in a quaint Ohio village surrounded by fertile land and family farms, The Old Arcana combines the magic of great food and soul inspiring music in a charming, historic environment. At The Old Arcana, we believe in food and music that nourish the body and the soul. The combination is, without a doubt, a powerful remedy. It is the secret elixir of a happy, healthy life. So we>ve established our restaurant based on those soul-stirring principles: Our food is real. From scratch. Our recipes have Midwestern roots and are infused with New American passion. We make time to find the right ingredients from the fields and farms that surround us, using local partners whenever possible. To us, the most important thing is that the ingredients we use to prepare our food are real, whole, and minimally processed. We choose organic produce and do our very best to source meats that have been raised hormone and antibiotic free. Why? Not because it>s cool. Because it>s the right thing to do. The music we love also has deep roots. We pull from the old American standards of bluegrass and gospel to folk and the blues. Our music is real. It is honest. It is true. And we plan to share it all with you.
